Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments and is redeemable on your service. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or you fail to turn up your deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to return to the salon we will decide with our own discretion if you are liable for 50%- 100% of the service fee
Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes, and reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Failure to show up:
Any client who simply does not turn up to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee for their service via our online booking partner (FRESHA).
Adjustments:
Cali Studio offers adjustments within a two week period following your appointment if you have any concerns about the result of your service with us. The adjustments will be provided by the same stylist. Any adjustments requested beyond this two week period will be charged at full price.
